Banana Ice Cream

One of my brother's is lactose-intolerant so I was looking for a recipe for an ice cream substitute and came across this one. This is so easy to make, you may have to prove to someone how you made it!

Take one preferably ripe banana. Cut into half inch pieces.

Place in freezer for 1-2 hours

Blend until smooth.

My first try was with a banana that was too green so I added a dollop - say 1/4 tsp. - of honey.

Looks just like soft serve ice cream, doesn't it?
