I don't remember when I started making this treat but it was inevitably during one of my "diets." This desert is a wonderful example of tricking the mind into thinking you're having "cherries."
You'll need seedless red grapes; sugar free jello; wine glasses or other fun, desert containers.
Cut grapes in half and put in the bottom of a glass or dish; 8-12 grape halves per container.
Prepare sugar free cherry Jello per directions.
Pour Jello mix into containers.
Store in refrigerator until time to serve.
Wonderful and simple summer treat, and few people will know they are having grapes instead of cherries. You can add whipped topping if you want but frankly I prefer it straight!
